It's vitally important to drink enough water throughout the day, to insure your health and weight management. Drink at least three large (12 oz.) glasses a day, and preferably six. This can be in the form of tap water, bottled water, carbonated, flavored (but not sweetened), or mineral water (but not exclusively mineral water, which might cause other problems you don't need. Be sure to drink water before and after you play or workout. Carry a bottle of water with you while you're out-and-about shopping or walking. Have a glass before every meal and snack. You'll fill your stomach up and naturally eat less. ![]()
