Fighting Darkness With Darkness Only Creates More Darkness.

Representatives For Social Consciousness

The moment terrorists had entered into the offices of Charlie Hebdo, history was already unfolding before our eyes. Once the terrorists piloting the airliner had the twin towers in their sights, it was already too late. When it comes to understanding the true, metaphysical origins of terrorism, war, genocide and evil, it is too late to grasp the root cause after the blood has been spilled.  We can never prevent abominable chaos from occurring in the first place by addressing the terror after it has already happened.

When catastrophe strikes, the sentence and decree of judgment has already been executed and now the entire tragedy with all of its implications lies in the domain of first responders, police, governments, hospitals, undertakers, the media, therapists, doctors, prescription meds and tranquilizers all of which are designed to help us cope with -- but not cure -- the pain and unspeakable suffering that has afflicted our world and our lives.

This particular domain of coping with horrific tragedy lies outside the scope of spiritual doctrine. Thankfully, there are plenty of caring and sharing people who come to the aid of others to help them through trauma and unspeakable suffering.

It's interesting to note that the course of human development and texuralized, codified spiritual movements took great evolutionary progress  some 4000 years ago. Most spiritual paths have always addressed the root cause of any problem for the sole purpose of preventing it from happening to begin with the intent of curing. Not coping.

But the cure hurts.

And because it hurts so much, the organized religious establishment, to a large degree, throughout history, feared the promotion of advanced literacy and social progress.

THE STRUCTURE OF REALITY

There are two levels of reality:

Cause and Effect.

The so called "metaphysical" reality and physical reality.

The realm of pure consciousness and the world of matter and mechanics.

What ever happens in our physical world is always an effect and never the cause. The cause lies in the domain of human consciousness. Consciousness creates our reality.

This is how it works:

The human body is made up of both realities, the Cause and the Effect.

Consciousness (not intellect), or soul, is the major cause level.

The intellect, governed by the ego and the desires of the human body is the minor cause level, the realm of effect.

A human being's free will is to either listen to the urges of the body and ego, or to seek change and allow the will of our soul to shine through. This is a difficult task by design as the ego has been given full control over our true consciousness and it hides it, like a blackout curtain, so that only the ego is heard in our mind.

The ego has full control over the microphone, impelling us all day long with self-centered desires and bombarding every moment with self-centered thoughts, fears, jealousy, insecurity, anger and rage.

Unleashing the power of our soul is what life on earth is all about. Struggling to silence the ego and find our true consciousness is the very meaning of life. But our ego conceals this truth as well.

The world is set up the exact same way. Humanity is one unified body and soul.

The soul of humanity has but one single lofty purpose. Getting rid of the ego consciousness. Unleash the beauty of the soul. Give instead of take. share instead of receive. Impart instead of horde. Let go instead of hanging on. Be accountable, not a victim.

When individual people allow their own ego to rule over their soul, this is mirrored in the world. This is mirrored in our politics as well. It's why some nations seek to rule over other nations. Some religions seek to destabilize or eradicate other religious faiths. When our ego abuses our soul, then the manifestation of ego on these levels brings abuse to the rest of humankind.

When we allow our ego to damage our soul; then national, cultural and religious ideology will damage our world.

When religious ideology allows for selfishness, and the blind sightedness of ego to control it, then the only result is for the desire of destruction. Why is this? It's the need to control the other.

When the selfish intent of our ego manifests doctrinally, then negative militant, radicals seek to rule over the relatively peaceful majority.

So the worst of the worst wind up making all the headlines and bring darkness into our midst. Let's be clear about this: if ego manifests and manipulates itself under the guise of a religious organization, legal and political establishments are under the rule of the darkness; it's our fault. Everyone is at fault. Not just "their" fault.

This is a harsh truth.

So what can explain why many true inspirational spiritual leaders are also despised?

When a great terrorist act occurs, as far back as 2000 years ago, when Jerusalem was turned into bones and blood and the second temple was crushed, the spiritual council of Judaism, at that time laid the blame, not on the Romans, but on the Jews. The Romans were the effect. The current Dalai Lama said the same when the Chinese invaded Tibet and sacked Potola Palace in Lahsa; that human behavior and self-interest and egocentric envy and intolerance was the cause.

Let's put it into simpler terms.

Most great traditions say that our collective soul is actually the heart of the body of humanity. The fabrications of the mind are like the various organs of the body. When the heart fails to furnish the body with blood flow, there is a heart attack or stroke or gangrene. This is the cause of terrorism. Period.

Terrorism is a spiritual heart attack or stroke. Hatred and terrorist cells are gangrene and disease caused by blockages in the spiritual arteries by the bad fats, which is the ego. The ego is the fat that clogs our spiritual arteries causing disease.

There is a lack of Light-Flow (Spiritual blood-flow) because the heart, isn't not transforming and we humans aren't performing our role as spiritual beings, light givers to all the nations of the world.

This is caused by the lack of conscious insight in the most organized religions to reveal the soul. For example, if one takes the Bible literally, without understanding the metaphoric implications as a way to establish moral codes, then he is in the domain of the 1% body, the domain of ego and this is the lowest level of consciousness possible.

Consciousness of the soul means we question and probe beneath the literal scriptural texts and find sublime spiritual truths and insights that will unify all of mankind and bring forth genuine, metaphysical Light that will banish the darkness that dwells in the human heart. Only then will the purpose of the scriptural texts be revealed, which is to wage war on one's own ego, not on one's external enemy.

However, it takes work. If paradise and a peaceful planet were given to us as though it were a free lunch, we would be nothing but automatons, charity-cases, the recipients of  a divine charitable hand-out. And that cannot possibly create a happy contented, free willed thinking human being. It just won't work. It's not our nature.

The truth in any form or situation isn't hidden from us, but you must seek it out, like an explorer.  You must earn it by desiring to take the challenge. A process of self discovery.

THE TRUTH BEHIND DARKNESS

Being the very cause, creators and discoverers of truth, and seeking, the peace and the unending pleasure that we all desire is far better than just being a charitable recipient of a handout.

This is the greatest gift that was given to humankind; having the ability to create the very existence that we are destined to receive.

Think about it. Is there a better joy when we build a business from scratch and make a fortune? Is there anything more delightful and meaningful for a scientist than to discover something like the laws of physics instead of it being downloaded into our brain at birth? Is there anything more rewarding and thrilling than writing a best-selling novel that blows the minds of readers around the world? Or being the inventor of the computer, the wheel and the light bulb?

Succeeding by our own effort is the sweetest gift of all. And so it is with the truth of life because that truth, or a comprehensive understanding of human nature has the power to lead to the understanding of existence. Therefore it is the most difficult truth to find.

TWO WAYS TO UNITY

There is a lot of spectacular unity unfolding now in France, just as unity swept the United States for a few weeks after 9/11.

But then it left.

There were articles written just a few weeks later about the firefighters of New York were arguing and fighting with the police on a street corner in Manhattan. When 9/11 struck, there were no more Democrats or Republicans. Everyone was an American. Just like today, everyone is Charlie and everyone is a citizen of France.

A few short weeks after 9/11, self-interest returned to America and partisan politics returned, dividing this nation like never before in history.

There are two ways to taste the sweetness of unity:

1. Unspeakable horror shakes us to our bone and suddenly we feel a kinship with our fellow-man and unite. But it soon wears off.

2. Proactively eradicate the human ego, which is painful and scary, make no mistake, but then the result is the sweet taste of unity that we all experience during those precious moments after a disaster.

Why take the road of suffering to unity when we can get there proactively, without pain?

When we truly uproot the human ego, think beyond solely dedicating ourselves to making our happiness manifest, then we can help manifest other people's dreams come true. You know what happens then? This shift in human consciousness raises our consciousness and suddenly new inventions and innovations that can rid the world of famine, pollution, poverty, will be revealed into the physical world.

We accelerate progress exponentially. Instead of going from horse and buggy to train to car to airplane to 747 and then to rockets, we can skip all those stages and get to the perfected technology that will transform the world in every conceivable way possible.

So how do we arrive to this point? We get there through continuous suffering or we can get their through inner change.

So far, all the technological advances of humanity have come as a result of pain  and suffering and war and death. What a stupid way to evolve.

If we just wage war on our own ego instead of our fellow-man, we can get to paradise and immortal existence in a virtual heartbeat.

But, the hard and harsh truth is this...A man would rather die physically, than have his ego die spiritually. It's the toughest war on earth to wage. But the victory offers the ultimate: a world of peaceful coexistence.

It's a war of life (positive change) and death (of ego).

If you want to contribute to the end of terrorism, war, poverty and disease, start fighting your own ego and treat the very people in your life -- friends, enemies, family, business associates -- with little less ego. Your impact on the world will be immeasurable.

The whole purpose of our existence is to infuse our consciousness with light, which allows us to win the day-to-day battles so that our personal lives and this world begin to undergo change.

Make no mistake, crime is down in the United States. New York, for instance has experienced a drastic drop in robberies and violent crimes that politicians are calling "extraordinary." According to the FBI, crime is down all over the US, not just one year, but its declining every single year.

The same thing is happening in the UK. According to the Guardian:

Crime is falling. Murder is down. Violent crime generally is down. Property crime is down. In fact, almost every category of criminality that you can think of is declining. Here is the even better news. This is not a blip. The downward trend is now very well established and can be traced back over many years. And here is the funniest bit of this news. No one is really sure why. Those who think of themselves as experts on the causes of crime confess to being nonplussed. The majority of them predicted that a prolonged economic squeeze could only lead to more crime. They are scratching their heads trying to figure out why the opposite is happening.

There is so much good news happening all around the world but the negative media only reports the bad news because the ego rules over our soul so the negative news rules over the good news.

UNMASKING  EVIL

Many of the most obscene and unspeakable acts of darkness, including molestation and human trafficking, are being brought to our attention as never before in history. But make no mistake, this is not a new phenomenon, it's just that these abominable activities have been kept in the darkness for millennia. It's now being brought to light and to our attention though the vehicle of mass media in marvelous, technological ways that haven't existed before. We have the opportunity to manifest real creative change.

The same way sunlight shining through the blinds reveals previously unseen dust particles floating in the shaft of sunlight, spiritual light or divine consciousness and awakened human consciousness can shine a harsh light on the negativity that manifests in our world.

We help all those social causes by changing ourselves. That is the front line of war.

Changing within.

Being the change you want to see in the world.

Of course, the negativity that we humans manifest in this world will keep the headlines filled with terrifying and frightening news, concealing all the good news that also happening in the world. And it will make us feel helpless as we discover more of the monstrosities that are taking place in the world. All of this is to numb us into inaction.

But now we know better.

Each of us becomes a candle in the world when we diminish our ego and self-interest  and then more darkness is removed. And at the same time, we pour a light onto the problems that have remained hidden in the dark for centuries so that we can direct our consciousness to heal those issues as well.

Fighting darkness with darkness only creates more darkness.

Fighting darkness with light creates less darkness and more light.

The choice is ours.

It always has been.

The Truth about Coconut Oil

Fat in Food: The Truth about Coconut Oil
Does coconut oil live up to the health claims?
David Schardt

“Miraculous.” “Amazing.” “Life Saving.”

For some reason, people love coconut oil. Really love it.

Most of the affection isn’t directed toward conventional coconut oil, which is added to some candies, coffee creamers, movie theater popcorn, and other foods.

Instead, the web has gone gaga over “virgin” oil, which is made by puréeing coconut meat and gently heating it. (To make conventional oil, coconut is cooked and treated with chemicals like hexane to extract the oil.) Here’s what the evidence shows.

Claim: Coconut oil can help you lose weight by speeding up metabolism.

The Facts: Dr. Oz thinks it can. He calls coconut oil “the miracle fat that fights fat.” Yet the only study that tested whether it helps people shed pounds came up empty.

In 2009, a master’s degree student in Brazil gave 40 obese women either coconut oil or soybean oil and asked them to cook with two tablespoons of the oil every day. After three months, the women given coconut oil didn’t weigh any less—and had no smaller waists—than those given soybean oil.

However, the published paper tagged the trivial drop in average waist size (from 39 inches to 38.5 inches) in the coconut oil users as “statistically significant.” It wasn’t.

Yet that’s all osteopath Joseph Mercola needed to shout about “The Amazing Oil That Trims Women’s Waistlines” on mercola.com (where he will happily sell you coconut oil).

Researchers have had more success using oil made entirely of medium-chain triglycerides, or MCTs. (Coconut oil is about 60 percent MCTs.) People metabolize MCTs differently from the long-chain triglycerides found in most other oils.

“MCTs are transported directly from the intestinal tract to the liver, where some of them are burned off as fuel and raise the metabolic rate slightly,” explains Marie-Pierre St-Onge, an assistant professor at Columbia University’s Obesity Research Center. How slightly?

“The increase amounts to about an extra 60 calories a day for someone who consumes one to two tablespoons of MCTs a day,” says St-Onge. “It’s likely much less with coconut oil, which is only about half MCTs, but nobody knows. The research hasn’t been done yet.”

In several small studies, dieters who ate one to two tablespoons of MCT oil a day for three to four months lost about one more pound a month than dieters who ate other oils.

That’s partly due to the small rise in metabolic rate and partly due to MCT oil’s modest impact on appetite.

“We estimate that the dieters ate about 40 fewer calories a day on the MCT diets,” says St-Onge. Overall, MCT oil leads to “a small amount of weight loss that can gradually add up,” she notes. “But it’s not a magic bullet.”

And it’s not cheap. MCT oil costs about five times more than other oils.

Claim: Coconut oil is good for the heart.

The Facts: Researchers haven’t looked at whether people who replace other fats with coconut oil suffer fewer heart attacks or strokes. But they have tested what coconut oil does to LDL (“bad”) and HDL (“good”) cholesterol.

In a study from Malaysia (a major coconut-oil exporter), researchers fed young people diets that got 20 percent of their calories from either coconut oil or olive oil. After five weeks, LDL was 8 percent higher on the coconut oil diet. HDL was 7 percent higher. But HDL may not matter.

“Raising LDL cholesterol clearly increases the risk of heart disease, but we’re no longer sure that raising HDL cholesterol lowers risk,” says Dutch fats expert Martijn Katan, of the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

“Drugs that raise HDL, for example, haven’t prevented heart attacks as we expected. So coconut oil, which raises both LDL and HDL, may not be as healthy for the heart as an oil like canola or soy, which lowers LDL and has little effect on HDL.”

Claim: Coconut oil can protect the brain from dementia.

The Facts: It’s not likely…despite Joseph Mercola’s claims (“Four tablespoons of this ‘brain food’ may prevent Alzheimer’s”).

No good studies have tested whether coconut oil can prevent or treat Alzheimer’s or other dementias. So why might coconut or MCT oil help?

In Alzheimer’s, the brain loses its ability to use glucose, but it may still be able to use compounds called ketones. “And the liver can convert MCTs into ketones,” explains pharmacologist Alok Sharma, of MCPHS University in New Hampshire. But that doesn’t mean that MCTs or MCT oil can help, adds Sharma.

For one thing, consuming coconut or MCT oil doesn’t raise ketone levels in the brain high enough, says Richard Veech, a senior investigator with the National Institutes of Health.

The only large trial that gave Alzheimer’s patients MCTs or a placebo reported a benefit in those without ApoE4, a version of a gene that increases Alzheimer’s risk. But the study, which was funded by the MCTs’ man¬ufacturer, was riddled with irregularities.

Claim: Coconut oil fights bacteria, as well as viruses like HIV.

The Facts: Howstuffworks.com doesn’t mince words: coconut oil is “an ideal way to prevent infections.” Don’t bet on it.

Coconut oil has never gone up against viruses or bacteria in a well-designed study in people. In mice, it flunked.

The Mystery Of Ebola - Future of Ebola

More than 1.4million people are expected to be infected by the Ebola virus by January as it spreads exponentially across Africa.
Over 3,000 people have been killed by the virus so far, and at a major conference in London yesterday there were calls for international military forces to get involved to help stop its spread.

Here’s what you need to know:

Ebola timeline

Ebola first identified in village in northern Zaire in 1976. It is named after nearby Ebola River. Several sporadic outbreaks occur in east and west Africa in next four decades.

March 2014
Guinea confirms that unidentified fever that killed more than 50 is Ebola. Liberia reports two cases.

May 2014
WHO confirms first Ebola deaths in Sierra Leone.

June 2014
International death toll exceeds 350, making it worst Ebola outbreak in history.
July 2014
Nigeria confirms first case. Liberia deploys troops to enforce quarantine areas.

August 2014
WHO declares international public health emergency. Death toll reaches 1,550. Senegal reports first case.

September 2014
US promises to send 3,000 military personnel to region. Ebola largely contained in Nigeria and Senegal but death toll in three worst-hit countries rises to more than 3,000.

October 2014
Official death toll is 3,330 but experts believe true figure is higher due to underreporting. They say that 1.4 million could be infected by January if more is not done.

Orgasm Without Hands

The Hands-Free Orgasm

Is getting off without contact really possible?

Orgasms can be mysterious, mind-blowing, lengthy, elusive or—as we just learned—hands-free.

From Em & Lo comes the tale of a college freshman who attends a "How To Have A Genderless Orgasm" workshop in lieu of his art history class. Led by Barbara Carrellas, author of Urban Tantra: Sacred Sex for the Twenty-first Century, the students go through breathing, muscle-contracting and chakra-balancing exercises to reach climax.

"When the instructor gives the command, we’re to breathe 30 quick breaths in unison — it’s an individual exercise, yet we’re working as a group to achieve "orgasm." Heavy breathing, chests heaving, students moaning. Even the normally taciturn ones are sighing audibly. A tingling sensation starts in my lower belly and seems to travel up into my head (like, the head head, where my brain is). The music becomes a loud and powerful tribal chant. People begin to curl over into the fetal position. Climax is achieved!"

Orgasm without sex or masturbation? The mind is a powerful beast, indeed. As the blogger describes, the sensation wasn't exactly like the orgasms he's experienced before: "If this is an orgasm, it’s the strangest one I have ever had. (I’m not entirely convinced)." But, the post-climax serenity he experiences is unlike anything he's ever felt. True to Tantra, the goal of the "genderless orgasm" (for men) is not ejaculation but harnessing and getting pleasure from the body-connecting-with-Earth energy.

Extending or enhancing orgasm seems to be on many a short list; and using the power of the mind and breathing exercises, a G-spot shot or—gulp—Orajel and two condoms, are just some of the ways people are doing it.

A Girl Without Bones

New drug gives growth to girl born with no bones

Child now has a skeleton strong enough for her to dance after experimental drug therapy.

Nurses didn't know a breakthrough drug was on the horizon when they dressed the tiny little girl in a pink outfit for a hospital photographer to take her picture.

It was a photograph for her parents -- an image of solace so they could remember Janelly Martinez-Amador free of tubes. Doctors told them then there was nothing more they could do for a child without bones.

Born with the most severe form of hypophosphatasia -- a genetic disorder that prevents skeletal mineralization -- the girl didn't have the ribs to support breathing. Her parents, Salvador Martinez and Janet Amador of Antioch, were facing the prospect of having to decide whether to continue life-sustaining interventions.

But Janelly held on long enough for a last chance at life. At age 2 years and 8 months, she entered a clinical trial involving an experimental medicine at Monroe Carrel Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt in Nashville. Four years later, Janelly can dance.

One of 11 children worldwide enrolled in the clinical trial, she was the runt of the bunch. Her disease was so pronounced she could not move her body. Her bones didn't even show up on X-rays. She was also the youngest and technically didn't meet the trial's 3-year-old age requirement.

But Vanderbilt physicians had been telling Dr. Michael P. Whyte, a metabolic bone disease specialist with Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, about Janelly.

Whyte was about to start a clinical trial for a new drug, a biologic enzyme called asfotase alfa, that he wanted to try on toddlers with hypophosphatasia. Although this genetic disorder can cause a wide spectrum of bone loss in people of all ages, patients diagnosed as infants like Janelly have the most severe form. They usually die.

Janelly was diagnosed at about 4 months old.

"We started noticing she wasn't growing as she should at that point, and she wasn't gaining the weight as she should at her age," Martinez said with the aid of a Spanish interpreter.

The baby responded to hugs as if in pain.

Pediatricians thought Janelly might have cancer when they sent her to the Vanderbilt hospital. Vanderbilt diagnosed the severe form of hypophosphatasia -- a rare disorder that occurs in only one of every 100,000 infants.

Complications from the disease worsened to the point that Janelly spent months in the intensive care unit before her first birthday. She had to get a tracheotomy and depend upon a ventilator to live. When her parents brought her home from the hospital, they also took home a ventilator.

They held onto to hope for a cure.

In February 2009, Janelly began treatment with a medicine that had been developed by Canada-based Enobia Pharma Corp. and put on fast-track approval status by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration because it was an "orphan drug" -- the first possible treatment for a disease. Shriners Hospitals for Children and Enobia, which has since been acquired by Connecticut-based Alexion, funded the clinical trial.

Janelly had a special port surgically inserted in her abdomen so she could receive infusions of this bone-targeting enzyme.

One of the 11 children in the trial started showed skeletal improvements as early as three weeks into treatment. All the others had "striking" skeletal healing by six months -- except for Janelly.

"We were fearful that her bone disease was so terribly severe that it might not work," said Whyte, who had never met Janelly but had read her case history when he enrolled her in the study.

Her parents were the first to notice a change. They saw her gaining muscle control before medical imaging detected bone growth. Doctors initially were discouraged.

"We kept hearing from all the other sites that patients were having significant improvements," said Dr. Jill H. Simmons, a pediatric endocrinologist at Vanderbilt children's hospital. "We kept getting skeletal surveys and seeing no evidence of calcification. We really weren't seeing any improvements in her for six months."

Although no one could see it, the enzyme was sticking like snowflakes falling in darkness.

"We were very concerned when the therapy started that there was no mineral in her bones to target with enzymes," Whyte said. "So, would the enzyme find its way to bone and hook onto something to help her? But apparently -- although you couldn't see the mineral on an X-ray, you didn't see any bones on X-ray -- there was still enough there that the first molecule or enzyme to land did something."

After almost a year of treatment, Janelly finally was able to move all her limbs. After 18 months of treatment, doctors could see ribs forming.

"It was literally within those few weeks that her pulmonologist really started to notice significant improvements and was able to back her off on a ventilator," Simmons said. "It was fascinating how the calcification of those ribs really significantly turned her around."

These days, Janelly darts around in a stroller, sits up to watch television and rolls across the carpet. She dances as gracefully as any ballerina, interpreting the music with hand movements, from her stroller. Although she will soon turn 7, she's still the size of a toddler. Her bones have just begun to grow.

The tracheotomy tube prevents her from talking, but she makes noises and responds to stimuli. She goes to Harris-Hillman Special Education School. The long-term effect on her learning ability from the delay in her physical development remains a mystery.

Janelly recently went back into Vanderbilt to have the port removed from her abdomen. Instead of intravenous infusions, she has grown big enough to receive the enzyme treatment via three shots a week.

This month, Whyte traveled from St. Louis to Nashville, where he met Janelly for the first time.

"Her fingers, can I feel them?" he asked her parents, before caressing Janelly's hands to find the tiny bones.

The Most Wanted Secrets How To Have A Stronger Memory

Clenching your fists creates a stronger memory

Need to remember some important facts for that big presentation at work? Clench your right hand while preparing to remember. When giving that talk, ball up your left hand and you’ll call to mind those details, no problem.

That’s the finding from a new study authored by Ruth Propper, an associate professor and director of the cerebral lateralization laboratory at Montclair State University. Propper has long been intrigued by how body movements impact how the brain works. While most people realize that the brain influences the body (the brain tells your arm there is an itch, and you feel it), less is understood about how the body sways the brain.

Past research suggests that clenching our hands can evoke emotions. When people ball up their right hands, for example, the left sides of their brains become more active, causing what’s known as “approach emotions,” feelings such as happiness or excitement. By squeezing the left hand, people engage the right side of the brain, which controls “withdrawal emotions” such as introversion, fear, or anxiety. (It probably seems like these might be less useful, but they come in handy in dangerous situations.)

Propper theorized that if clenching hands impacted feelings, these gestures might influence the brain in other ways.

To learn how hand clenching influenced memory and recall, she asked 51 right- handed subjects to memorize 72 words and randomly assigned each person to one of five hand-clenching groups or a control group that did nothing. Only righties were included because lefties exhibit better episodic memory overall so they’d have an unfair advantage. She found the perfect combination for better memory and recall occurs when a subject clenches his right hand while memorizing and balls up his left hand while trying to recall the memory.

“It is interesting to compare to not clenching at all. It’s almost 15 percent better [to clench right then left] than sitting there,” she says.

While a 15 percent improvement is on the edge of being statistically significant, Propper notes 15 percent can be the difference between an A and a C on test.

Propper admits that more research needs to be conducted on how bodily movements enhance brain function, but she recommends that people try squeezing their hands to aid with memory.

“I would say that it would be worth trying,” Propper says. Take parking your car in the parking lot.  “(A)s you park you can clench your right hand and when you are trying to find it, clench your left hand.”

The National Masturbation Day

5 Facts You Didn't Know About Masturbation

Happy National Masturbation Month, everybody!

According to my mother, women don't masturbate. The fact that I do, and she knows this because she reads what I write and I don't find the need to keep quiet about the subject, is not only upsetting to her but further proof that I "act like a man." A phrase both she and my father have used to describe me on several occasions. My father actually regards it as a compliment, while my mother is hoping her words will kick some sort of conventional ideas of how a lady should act into my brain. No such luck yet, mom.

Despite my mother's thoughts on the subject, women do masturbate. In fact, a lot of them do — and do it often, and it's pleasurable and makes for a better sex life. If you know how to get yourself off, then sex with someone else is that much more satisfying because you're confident with yourself and know your body.

Here are five things that you perhaps didn't know about masturbation. Hopefully these facts will make some of you more open to the subject. Let the climaxing begin!

1. People who have sex regularly masturbate more than those who don't. Weird, right? Well, not really. If you masturbate, you're more likely to be sexually open, and therefore, you know, have sex. Also, as I said above, if you know what you like when you're solo, it will enhance your sexual experience with your partner.

2. More women masturbate than are willing to admit. Actually, this fact shouldn't be very shocking, but perhaps the percentages will astonish you. Most teenagers are already going at it with themselves: Surveys show that before both genders have reached 18, 80 percent of males and 59 percent of females have given masturbation a whirl. As far as people over 18, the numbers get a bit shady. Some research shows that as many as 92 percent of women "admit" to it, while surveys from Kinsey put that percentage anywhere between 50 and 70.

3. Older women masturbate, too. Your sex drive just gets more revved up as you get older. A 2010 Kinsey study found that roughly 30 percent of women in relationships between 60 and 69 years of age had "recently" double-clicked their mouse. For those over 70, "solo masturbation was reported by more than half who were in a non-cohabitating relationship, compared to 12.2 percent among married women."

The Secrets Why Women Should Masturbate More Often

4 Reasons Why Women Should Masturbate More Often

How touching yourself can help your relationship.
While masturbation is a valuable and needed part of a healthy sexuality, it's often the silent party of an individual's sexuality — the part people are often ashamed of. So, I am here to break down some masturbation myths for you. It's too bad that our society encourages shame and guilt about masturbation. However, despite the hush-hush attitude most of us have adopted about the subject, most men do masturbate and will acknowledge it openly amongst their male peers. What A Male Orgasm Feels Like

When it comes to masturbation, women are different. A significantly larger portion of women either don't masturbate or deny it. Well, ladies, here is some information about why masturbation may be good not only for you, but also for your relationships. Here are four reasons why you should masturbate. Happy Ending Massage for Women: One Woman's Tale

1. Masturbation helps us get to know our bodies and our minds. By masturbating, we learn about what turns us on. Mentally, we can tune in to our fantasies to understand the types of things that turn us on during masturbation. While masturbating, do we fantasize about being dominated or being watched? These are clues which help us understand what makes us tick, and in turn, we can begin to understand how to get our needs met by a partner.

Individuals who are having issues with arousal or orgasm can benefit greatly from masturbation and self love, getting to know your body techniques. Ladies, if you are having trouble masturbating, I also suggest experimenting with some toys. Using a vibrator, for example, is a common way for women to learn to achieve orgasm. Investing in a vibrator may be something you want to add into your sexual repertoire. Getting familiar with your body through the use of a vibrator is also a good way to gauge what you like, and can be a fun and exciting thing to introduce to partner sex, as well. 2. Masturbation has health benefits. Masturbation can relieve tension and stress and can help with the inability to sleep. There is evidence that the chemicals released during orgasm can heal depression. Also, there is a study that suggests that women who masturbate are more likely to be concerned with their sexual health and visit the gynecologist more often. I'm not sure if this last one is altogether true, but I can see the correlation since women who masturbate may be more in-tune with their bodies, and thus, visit the gynecologist more often.

. Indulging in yourself can make you a sexier person. The concept being that a sexually active woman need not masturbate is actually a fallacy. Sex with a partner is great and masturbation is great, too. Why deprive yourself of one because you have the other? It just doesn't make sense. Would you deprive yourself of cake just because you had ice cream? Nope, I didn't think so. In Italy, they eat pizza before they eat pasta. Get my drift? A little indulgence in developing your sexual repertoire will make you a sexier person all around too.

4. Mutual masturbation in partner sex play is great. Mutual masturbation takes the focus away from the need to please each other and can help couples recognize the value of self-pleasure and self-care within a relationship. Not to mention, it helps us get to know each other just a little bit better. Knowing what you like and how to please yourself will make you a better lover, but can be a turn on to a partner, as well. Masturbation is also a great way to avoid risk or worry about pregnancies and STDs. Judge Gives Woman OK To Masturbate At Work

So, go ahead and get to know yourself a little better! Ditch your clothes, take a bath, look at yourself naked in the mirror, put on something sexy and/or just go ahead and touch yourself. You'll be glad you did.

Have Sex For 106 Mins Per Day

Weird News: Wanna Be Happy? Have Sex For 106 Minutes A Day

You should be having three times as much sex as work, according to science.

We used to just have intercourse for making babies. Then, it must have been at least three or four years ago, we discovered it felt really good AND made you sort of like the person you were trying it with. Before that life was work, work, work. It turns out that even though we're more enlightened about the benefits of sex, we're still not likely doing it enough.

Per Quartz (based on a report from ScienceDirect), the optimal ratio for having a great day is 106 minutes of sex per 36 minutes of work. While it seems like this could very easily be filed away under "Duh, Science," the authors took into account the old law of diminishing returns even in something pleasurable. The authors, Christian Kroll of Jacobs University in Germany and Sebastian Pokutta of Georgia Tech, use a technique called the Day Reconstruction Method to focus on the pleasure derived from each of our daily activities. They then extrapolated the results over a 16-hour day. My experience with both Georgia Tech and Germany makes me wonder if sexual repression doesn't sometimes lead to strikingly obvious discoveries.

Frankly, the results make me realize what a genius Tim Ferriss is. If you couple his Four-Hour Work Week (self-explanatory) with the 15-minute orgasm concepts from his Four-Hour Body, we are rapidly approaching these numbers provided we get busy 4 and 1/3 times a day and toilth on the Sabbath. Those of us who are able to answer emails while we have sex are probably way ahead of the game.

If we are all going to optimally happy, we'll have to employ a number of robots in the industry of genital salve and replacement skin and just pray that they don't kill us with their strong, metal claws.

Good luck striking the new work-life balance to anyone who is not Sting.

The Secret To Happiness - More More SEX !

The secret to happiness? Believing you have more SEX than your neighbours

Major study finds that keeping up with the Joneses in the bedroom is an important source of satisfaction
Researchers compare the happiness effect to income - we want to know we are doing as well as others

We all know people who aren’t happy unless they have a better house, car or job than the neighbours.

Now it seems there’s another way to keep up with the Joneses – in the bedroom.

Believing that they are having more sex than their neighbours is a crucial happiness factor for couples, says Tim Wadsworth, an associate professor of sociology at the University of Colorado Boulder

Professor Tim Wadsworth, an associate professor of sociology at the University of Colorado Boulder, analysed data collected between 1993 and 2006 from the General Social Survey, an opinion poll which has monitored the psyche of American society since 1972.

In total, he studied data collected from 15,386 people.

Since the beginning of the survey, all respondents have been asked whether they are ‘very happy’, ‘pretty happy’ or ‘not too happy’.

After taking factors including income, marital status, health and age into account, respondents who had sex at least two to three times a month were 33 per cent more likely to report a higher level of happiness than those who had no sex during the previous 12 months.

Prof Wadsworth found that people reported steadily higher levels of happiness as they reported steadily more regular sex .

Those who had sex once a week were 44 per cent happier than those had not had sex for a year, whilst those who had sex two to three times a week were 55 per cent more likely to report a higher level of happiness.

But his study, entitled ‘Sex and the Pursuit of Happiness: How Other People’s Sex Lives are Related to Our Sense of Well-Being’, also found that those who were having sex but believed they were having less sex than their peers were unhappier than those who believed they were having as much or more than their peers.

He found that if members of a peer group were having sex two to three times a month but believed their peers were on a once-weekly schedule, their probability of reporting a higher level of happiness fell by about 14 per cent.

He said: ‘There's an overall increase in the sense of wellbeing that comes with having sex more frequently, but there's also this relative aspect to it.

‘Having more sex makes us happy, but thinking that we are having more sex than other people makes us even happier.’

But while income can be guessed from a neighbour's new car, sex is a more clandestine activity.

So how do men and women know how frequently their peers are  have sex?

Prof Wadsworth says that the mass media provides people with clues.

Wadsworth noted that magazines such as Cosmopolitan and Men's Health, frequently reported the results of their own or others' sex surveys.

Conversations within friendship groups also suggest how much peers are getting intimate.

‘There is plenty of evidence that information concerning sexual behaviour is learned through discussions within peer groups and friendship networks,’ added Prof Wadsworth.

‘I can't think of a better explanation for why how much sex other people are having would influence a person's happiness.'

He added that, as a species, we tend to worry that we are not measuring up to an ideal.

‘We're usually not looking down [on people] and thinking of ourselves as better off. We're usually looking up and feeling insufficient and inadequate.

Die While Sleeping - Warning !

Sleep Apnea Symptoms: Sneaky Signs You Might Have The Sleep Disorder

Maybe someone has told you your snore is deafening, or you've woken up on more than your fair share of mornings feeling less than refreshed. In those instances, it's probably pretty obvious something's up with your sleep.

But in the case of sleep apnea, a disorder wherein people stop breathing while asleep, sometimes hundreds of times a night, pinpointing the problem can be significantly trickier. These brief periods of breathing cessation don't trigger full alertness, but disrupt sleep enough to leave sufferers groggy in the mornings -- and at risk for a number of more serious health problems, often without even realizing there's a problem.

People with undiagnosed sleep apnea -- which may affect more than 20 million adults, according to the American Sleep Apnea Association -- may go on to develop diabetes or depression, and face an increased risk of heart attacks and strokes, among other concerns.

Men over the age of 40 are at an increased risk for sleep apnea. Being overweight also increases your likelihood of developing the condition, as can a family history of the disease, having a large tongue or neck and having allergies, sinus problems or any nasal obstruction, according to WebMD.

Luckily, there are a number of ways to treat sleep apnea, including simple lifestyle measures like losing weight and avoiding alcohol. But all too often a sleep apnea diagnosis is hard to come by. There's no "test" for sleep apnea, and it's not often evident at a doctor's appointment, according to the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute. A family member or bed partner is often first to notice the signs, usually snoring or brief periods of no breathing.

But don't leave your health entirely in the hands of the people sleeping around you. Today, in honor of Sleep Apnea Awareness Day, take a moment to familiarize yourself with these more surprising signs that you could have sleep apnea.

A Worm In Human Eye

Is There A Worm In Your Eye?

When it comes to worms we perceive that it only affects our stomach. If you eat too many sweets, you get worms and then you have to take de-worming medications. However, it is not as simple as that. The fatal tapeworm can also affect your brain and entire central nervous system. Besides, have you ever heard of an eye worm; a worm that infects the eyes?

The dangerous Loa loa worm is one such pest that attacks the eyes. There has been a lot of talk about the Loa loa worm lately, especially after a 20cm long worm was surgically removed from a person's eyes. Dr. Ashley Thomas Mulamoottil, the doctor who recorded this unique surgery says "this is the seventh worm that he has removed in the last one decade and it is also the longest."

Spread Of Loa loa Filariasis "The worm Loa loa was originally found in Africa and has now reached Asia. The mangrove fly or deer fly is believed to be the carrier of this worm. The eggs of the worm enters the human body through small wounds inflicted by the fly. The death of the worm inside the body could be fatal as it could contaminate the blood. The disease is known as microfilariasis or Loa loa infestation (Loiasis)", says Dr. Mulamoottil. Treatment For Loa Loa Worm: The patient can either be put on chemotherapy or the worm can be surgically removed from the eyes. Unfortunately, there is no vaccine yet developed for Loa loa Filariasis. However, if it is detected in time, it is curable.

These are some interesting facts about this strange African eye worm that can grow up to 20cm long.

The Secrets How To Do Cinnamon Challenge Safely!

Doctors warn teens about taking the 'cinnamon challenge' in new report

CHICAGO –  Don't take the cinnamon challenge. That's the advice from doctors in a new report about a dangerous prank depicted in popular YouTube videos but which has led to hospitalizations and a surge in calls to U.S. poison centers.

The fad involves daring someone to swallow a spoonful of ground cinnamon in 60 seconds without water. But the spice is caustic, and trying to gulp it down can cause choking, throat irritation, breathing trouble and even collapsed lungs, the report said.

Published online Monday in Pediatrics, the report said at least 30 teens nationwide needed medical attention after taking the challenge last year.

'Orange burst of dragon breath'

The number of poison control center calls about teens doing the prank "has increased dramatically," from 51 in 2011 to 222 last year, according to the American Association of Poison Control Centers.

"People with asthma or other respiratory conditions are at greater risk of having this result in shortness of breath and trouble breathing," according to an alert posted on the association's website.

Thousands of YouTube videos depict kids attempting the challenge, resulting in an "orange burst of dragon breath" spewing out of their mouths and sometimes hysterical laughter from friends watching the stunt, said report co-author Dr. Steven E. Lipshultz, a pediatrics professor at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.

Cinnamon is made from tree bark and contains cellulose fibers that don't easily break down. Animal research suggests that when cinnamon gets into the lungs, it can cause scarring, Lipshultz said.

'It's not cool, and it's dangerous'

Dr. Stephen Pont, a spokesman for the American Academy of Pediatrics and an Austin, Texas pediatrician, said the report is "a call to arms to parents and doctors to be aware of things like the cinnamon challenge" and to pay attention to what their kids are viewing online.

An Ypsilanti, Mich., teen who was hospitalized for a collapsed lung after trying the cinnamon challenge heartily supports the new advice and started her own website -- http://nocinnamonchallenge.com -- telling teens to "just say no" to the fad.

Dejah Reed, 16, said she took the challenge four times -- the final time was in February last year with a friend who didn't want to try it alone.

"I was laughing very hard, and I coughed it out, and I inhaled it into my lungs," she said. "I couldn't breathe."

Her father, Fred Reed, said he arrived home soon after to find Dejah "a pale bluish color. It was very terrifying. I threw her over my shoulder" and drove to a nearby emergency room.

Dejah was hospitalized for four days and went home with an inhaler and said she still has to use it when she gets short of breath from running or talking too fast. Her dad said she'd never had asthma or breathing problems before.

Dejah said she'd read about the challenge on Facebook and other social networking sites and "thought it would be cool" to try.

Now she knows "it's not cool and it's dangerous."

Dead student's family call for clampdown on slimming drug

Sarah Houston, 23, died after taking banned dinitrophenol (DNP), which she ordered online, alongside antidepressants

A coroner and the family of a medical student suffering from bulimia who died after taking a banned weight-loss drug bought online have called for a change in the law to further tighten the distribution of the substance, which has been blamed for other deaths.

Dr Graham Mould, a forensic toxicologist, told an inquest into the death of Sarah Houston, 23, that a combination of dinitrophenol (DNP), which is banned from human consumption but is used as a chemical pesticide, and antidepressants may have been fatal.

DNP, which was first used to treat obesity in the 1930s but was banned as a food substance due to its dangerous side effects, continues to be used as a slimming aid by bodybuilders around the world. It was linked to 62 deaths in a study published last year in the Journal of Medical Toxicity.

The University of Leeds medical student, who comes from a family of doctors, is believed to have been taking the drug secretly alongside a prescribed antidepressant Fluoxetine. Houston was found dead in her bedroom by a flatmate.

The inquest in Wakefield heard she had complained of feeling hot and unwell and had been breathing heavily on the evening before she died in September last year.

Mould said there was no evidence of an overdose. "We don't know how long Sarah had been taking DNP but it may have accumulated in her system," he said. "It increases the body's metabolic rate. The side effects can be overheating and breathlessness caused by an increased heart rate and this seems to be consistent with how Sarah was feeling that evening.

"The side effects of DNP were clearly present and it's possible that Fluoxetine may have exacerbated the affect of DNP. At a very high dose, Fluoxetine can have a similar affect to DNP and so one can speculate that the two drugs together might have speeded up the affect."

Mould pointed out that the Food Standards Agency had previously issued a report warning the public not to take DNP.

Coroner David Hinchliff said: "The only way to combat the use of DNP is to bring to the attention of the public how dangerous a substance it is.

"This is not a one-off case and it needs bringing to the public's attention."

Outside court, Houston's family said she was not depressed at the time she died and her health had improved leading up to her death. In a statement, they said that it was incomprehensible that DNP could be purchased over the internet and called on the government to take steps to ensure that no other family suffered in the same way in future.

"It's going to be a slow process, but hopefully approaching the Home Office to begin with will be the right step and hopefully it will be made illegal," said Sarah's father, Geoff Houston. "For those who are selling it, if you have any ounce of decency you must stop."

The coroner recorded a verdict of death by misadventure.

The Best Tips For Sex

Top 10: Tips For Better Sex

A good sex life takes time and effort to maintain. It won’t always be easy -- our busy lives are taxing and often leave us tired and devoid of the imagination and motivation required to keep up the pace. Having good sex doesn’t necessarily mean spending hours and hours of frolicking, it can be as simple as doing something a little different just for a change.

Women are cyclic creatures, and her sex drive will vary depending on her hormones and what’s going on in her life. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to get her hot and the same-old song and dance may not be enough. This applies to you too.

Therefore, it's important to add a few more stimulating aspects to your sex life to keep things interesting.

Here are 10 tips for better sex, which should keep the two of you hot for some time to come.

Number 10
Blindfold her

Sexual pleasure has many dimensions, but the most important sexual organ we have is our brain. When one sense is hindered, our other senses -- via the brain -- clamor to compensate. For example, a deaf person has increased sensory awareness -- sight, smell, touch, and vibrations. For No. 10 entry on our 10 tips for better sex guide, we're telling you that you can tap into this innate ability of ours and use it to your advantage: Blindfolding your partner increases her sensory awareness. She doesn’t know where you are or what you are going to do next. This creates anticipation for better sex -- the tease. Tease her mercilessly with sensory objects, such as a feather or your tongue. Start off softly, as this excites her nerve endings and makes them far more sensitive. Be careful not to overstimulate the nerve endings, however, because after a while the neurons stop firing with such intensity and the sensation becomes null and void.

Number 9
Give her instructions

After a while you may think you know how to please your partner in every way, but this is very rarely true. There is always something you haven’t tried, and there is bound to be something one of you always does that could be done differently.

To combat this for better sex, have a lesson session in which you don’t think you know it all, and are at each other's mercy as teacher. Talk about things you haven’t tried, but would like to, then choose one suggestion from each partner, and get down and dirty. We often get caught thinking we know what our partners like, and after a while it becomes "the way it’s done." Lose this myth and put yourself in the student's chair for a while for better sex you won't regret.

Number 8
Massage

Sensual touch is one of the most highly relaxing and sexy things you can do for your partner, which is why it makes it onto our 10 tips for better sex list. Our bodies are almost without exception tense in some area, if not many areas. This hinders our energy flow -- including sexual energy flow. Imagine a car that has a clogged fuel filter: the fuel (our energy) can’t get to where it needs to go quickly and smoothly, and the car performs inefficiently and ineffectively.

A relaxing sensual massage can unlock her body to some very intense orgasms and much better sex in the end. The ability to relax your partner in this way should be high on your list of skills to master. The same goes for her: The difference between a deeply relaxing massage and a sensual massage is in the manner of touch -- you don’t want to relax her too deeply because she will probably fall straight to sleep.

The key to better sex in this case is to keep her senses alert, but her body relaxed. This means a firm touch, coupled with some sensory feather-light caresses. Once you've relaxed her major muscles -- shoulders and back -- work your way down to her buttocks. Strokes can then start to wander near to, but not on, her inner thighs, butt crease and vagina. Don’t forget her hands and feet -- there are thousands of nerve endings in our hands and feet that are very sensitive to touch. If you have no idea what a good massage feels like or how to perform one, spend some time in "lesson time" with your partner and learn what you both like or just run your hands all over her body -- all over. Don’t skip to the hot spots or you’ll ruin the effect.

Number 7
Have her dress up

Pretending to be something you're not comes easily to some people. However, it has its benefits when done for fun. Stepping out of the role of being "yourself" can be a fun way to give each other permission to behave differently for better sex. Playing the role of someone else during sexual play is a very enjoyable way to give your partner some different sensations, and try things that you haven’t done before. Role playing is a great way to have better sex and to have fun with your partner in a light-hearted but sexy way. It is often the woman who does the dressing up simply because A) They enjoy it; and B) They have the resources of clothes, underwear and makeup -- but don't forget that you can play too..

Number 6
Tell her your fantasies

Talking about your fantasies with your partner is a very conducive form of sex play. It increases communication with your partner, which is of great importance, as well, it also helps you get to know each other better for better sex. Yes, you may be surprised by what comes out of her mouth, but this works both ways. Keep it light at first and don’t throw her in the deep end with fantasies about people you both know or reveal fetishes you aren't sure about. Sit back with a glass of wine and keep your clothes on -- for now. Fantasy play can also be incorporated into a game for better sex. Use your imagination, and keep it sexy. Take it in turns and see where it leads you.

Number 5
Play a game

Get a pack of cards and play strip poker for better sex. It may seem like something you would have done when you were in high school (given the opportunity), but adult strip poker is a good way to get naked. Once you are both naked (or nearly naked), you can start on the really fun part: A loss means the other person gets to choose what action is performed on them by the loser. Time limits like one minute on said action means that it is a prolonged game of seduction, which by the end will have you both clamoring to be both the winner and the loser. There are many other games you can play "strip" to, as long as there is regular winner and loser to reward and punish respectively. The great part about these games is that you can both ask the other person to do something in a certain way that you may not necessarily have ever done before. It can get rather filthy, and definitely lead to better sex in the end.

Number 4
Dirty talk

Talking dirty has turned people on for millennia and will continue to do so because it has something other sex play doesn’t: words. Because our brains are our largest sexual apparatus, we respond to the spoken word automatically -- especially when someone says our name. The spoken word evokes emotions, sensations and blood flow to various regions, depending on the topic.

This works very much in your favor when it comes to talking dirty to your lover because women are especially susceptible to what goes in their ears (and I don’t mean cotton buds or ear candles). Talking dirty is, however, an art form and when done badly can result in fits of giggles (which, lets face it, ain't so bad but isn't quite the goal here). Don’t let this deter you.

For better sex, start off easy with neutral dirty-talk topics, such as how you feel inside her, how much you are enjoying the act and what you would like to do to her next. Don’t get too carried away, but let it flow out of you. Dirty talk can be a bit daunting at first, if you are not used to verbalizing these things, so practice. You will see how she responds to you. Dirty talk also comes under the "encouragement" category -- when she sees that you like something very much, she will be more interested in doing it more. The rawness of the sexual passion aroused with dirty talk is why it is so effective. Be careful with swearing too much -- though a good dose of foul language is part and parcel with dirty talk (its not called dirty talk for nothing), too much swearing/name calling can be a turn off. Try to stick to positive words, and leave the commonly used insult words out. Watch what you call her body parts too -- just make sure she can handle it before launching into your tirade of filth. Chances are, the passion from you will ignite hers two-fold.

Number 3
Try a new position

You already know how to bring her to orgasm in two ways (probably). You repeat these regularly because they work -- there's no harm in that. However, if you never, ever try any new positions again, how will you ever know? New positions need a reasonably high level of arousal in your lover, so choose your time to strike a new pose when she is quite obviously feeling very randy.

There is no limit to the number of ways to have sex, so you can use your imagination and come up with as many weird and wonderful inventions as you desire. Simply changing locations can dramatically change the position, so consider this too (for example on top of the washing machine, on a bench, beanbag or table).

Number 2
Use a cock ring

Cock rings slow the drain of blood out of your erection, and keep you harder for longer. A very hard penis stimulates a woman’s insides slightly differently -- and much better -- than one that is getting soft around the edges. Cock rings are inexpensive and usually nice to look at, and make an interesting male sex toy to add to your collection. Cock rings ensure that you can maintain the pace without faltering for better sex. This is very pleasing to your lady friend.

Number 1
Try a new place

Sex in a new locale is definitely up there in exciting things to do for better sex. You can take a drive somewhere secluded where you can get a bit risqué. Try a public place (not too public) or simply move to a different room or area in your home -- or even someone else’s home. Whatever tickles your fancy. There are a million and one different places to have sex other than your home, in your bed -- use them.
increase your pleasure
The list of helpful hints you have been presented with equates to a very good head start to a better sex life. The time and energy required to plan your adventures will pay off immediately, but also over the longer term. You will be rewarded according to the effort you put in with a great new skill set, and of course better sex. Make time, conserve some energy for it and relax. Life is short!

The Secret Methods for Multiple Orgasms

Multiple Methods For Multiple Orgasms

Forget everything you learned in Psychology 101

Most guys know more about what’s under the hood of a car than they do about what's under the hood of a clitoris. We’re woefully “ill-cliterate,” which is a shame when you consider that the clitoris -- with more than 18 parts, twice as many nerve endings as the penis, and the enviable ability to produce multiple orgasms -- is the indisputable powerhouse of the female orgasm.

Fortunately, when pleasuring a woman, there are multiple methods for multiple orgasms, so in the spirit of resourcefulness, here are some sexual survival tips for making it happen.

Avoid Freud
Forget everything you learned in Psychology 101. Sigmund Freud made a name for himself demonizing the clitoris and formulating a truly kooky view of women’s sexuality. Freud got the idea into his head that the clitoris was an immature source of sexual pleasure, a mere launching pad for the more mature vaginal orgasm, which, of course, could only be produced via genital intercourse. At the end of his life, Freud acknowledged his incomplete understanding of female sexuality and said, “If you want to know more about femininity, you must interrogate your own experience, or turn to the poets, or else wait until science can give you more profound and more coherent information.” Or, for today’s modern guy, just turn to the woman in bed next to you and deploy some basic cliteracy.

Ladies first
When it comes to satisfying a woman, a little old-fashioned chivalry goes a long way. Lest you think the importance of such courtesy is over-exaggerated, direct your attention to Lorena Bobbitt who, when questioned by police as to why she cut off her husband’s penis, responded, “He always has an orgasm and doesn’t wait for me. It’s unfair.” Need one say more?

The simple fact is that the male orgasm typically comes easy. Masters and Johnson dubbed it “ejaculatory inevitability” and the late Dr. Alfred C. Kinsey declared that 75% of men ejaculate within two minutes.

Is it any surprise, then, that researchers from the University of Chicago declared in the 1994 Sex in America Survey that men reach orgasm during intercourse far more consistently than women do, and that three-quarters of men, but less than a third of women, always have orgasms? This means that more than two out of three women on average are consistently denied their climax -- good reason to start hiding the cutlery.

Studies such as those by Kinsey and Masters & Johnson have concluded that, among women whose partners spent 21 minutes or longer on foreplay, only 7.7% failed to reach orgasm consistently. That’s a shift of tectonic proportions, from two out of three women not being able to reach climax to 9 out of 10 achieving satisfaction, all due to a matter of minutes.

So take the path of the true gentleman: Postpone your pleasure. As Sir Thomas Wyatt wrote, “Patience shall be my song.”

Think outside the box
Rare is the man who boasts in the locker room, “I made love to her as subtly and lightly as a feather” or, “I grazed her vulva as with the delicate wings of a butterfly.” Yet such language would be appropriate, since the inner two-thirds of the vagina are substantially less sensitive than the outer third. So think outside the box (pun definitely intended), but know that the clitoris is extremely sensitive to physical sensation and needs to be properly prepped for serious stimulation. Avoid her genitals and go easy on the breasts for a good 10 to 15 minutes.

The Secrets How To Mastering Oral Sex

Ultimate Oral Sex

It's no surprise that most relationships don't last forever, but that doesn't mean that the sex has to stop. If you always please your woman the right way, she'll be back for a chance to rub skin with you all over again -- regardless of who did the breaking up.

Everyone needs physical love. After a breakup, your ex-lover will eventually need to have her sexual needs satisfied. Eventually, she'll meet other men with whom she'll have sex. But once she realizes that the sex is no where close to what it was with you, she'll be busting down your bedroom door.

the player's secret
The secret to keeping your ex-girlfriend interested in "scheduled" weekend getaways with you is to continuously please her with unforgettable sex. One way to be an incomparable lover is to be original and exciting through oral sex. The other way is to have an ultimate signature move.

Unfortunately, most men think that the only way to gratify a woman is through sexual intercourse alone. The Player knows that pleasing a woman fully involves a package deal, including passionate foreplay and compassionate oral sex. Up the ante of your sexual reputation and indulge in the benefits.

the main course
All men like to believe that they're the kings of the bedroom-ring by trying all kinds of sexual positions. But when it comes time for oral sex, some men avoid performing it while others view it as a chore. This is where The Player gets an upper hand over the competition.

Because men don't value the power of good oral sex, they pay little attention to detail and fall short of creativity with their cunnilingus performance. 99% of men will either perform oral sex in one of two positions: with her lying on her back or in position number 69.

Oral sex is just as important as intercourse. Some women even find it more intimate than intercourse itself and reach orgasm more quickly that way. If you want to be a great lover, you have to view oral sex as a main dish served in a variety of ways.

oral foreplay
We all know the importance of foreplay before intercourse. But did you know that you can join her list of unforgettable lovers by adding oral foreplay to your menu of tasty desserts?

Don't jump onto her clitoris right away without first warming her up. Before you wind your tongue up, give her a teaser of what she can expect by taking your time to explore her erogenous zones.

During oral foreplay, use your tongue to lick her belly, inner thighs, behind her knees, her feet, her buttocks, and the area surrounding her genitals. You can use your lips to kiss her outer labia, but you can't use your tongue on her portal of pleasure. She knows that she'll eventually get the tongue, but never give it to her when she's expecting it.

Making her wait will increase her desire for you, but making her beg will ruin the mood. Stop the oral foreplay and give her what she desires at the right time. Observe the movement of her body. A dead giveaway is when she tries to position herself so that your mouth can find her. Creatively dive into her when she begins to press her inner thighs into you.

Savor it
Women don't like rough brutes, but they want to see that their men are enjoying themselves while performing oral sex. Show her that you love tasting her by taking your time and being gentle. Use your lips, tongue and mouth lovingly on the areas surrounding her genitals.

When she can't stand it any longer, use your tongue as if it were a feather before you cover her with your mouth. Touch her vagina lightly, licking the labia and finding the vaginal opening. You can probe your tongue in and out, but remember, she's waiting for you to use your mouth, not your tongue.

Be a "gentle" man
Women's genitals are very sensitive. Don't bite, don't blow into her and don't suck too hard. Everything you do has to be gentle; as if you're trying to lick a rose's petal without breaking it or pricking yourself.

When you feel the time is right, move on to her clitoris -- the place that brings most women to orgasm. Use your tongue softly to make slow, wide and sensual strokes from the vaginal opening to the clitoris.

Keep a steady rhythm
Some men make the mistake of increasing the stroking speed once they sense the woman is close to orgasm. But this is not the right way. Instead, keep the same rhythm or even decrease the stroking speed of your tongue. At this point, she will have a powerful orgasm, and probably more than just one.

Time for gymnastics
Just like intercourse, oral sex feels different depending on how it's delivered. By trying different positions, oral play can create different moods, resulting in different and exciting visual scenarios, and leading to different kinds of stimulation. This will, in turn, set you apart from other men and get her addicted to you.

From personal experience, there are two different positions which really fuel a woman's orgasm: the Reverse Hug and Doggy Greet .

The Reverse Hug: This one is tricky but well worth it. You'll need to be in shape to do this, and it's another reason why you should exercise and build your muscles.Reverse hug - Credit: Player's Guide

Hold her upside down in front of you. Keep her head and shoulders resting on the bed, and her back resting against your stomach and chest. Hold her up so that she won't feel too much pressure on the back of her neck. Have her wrap her legs around your head and lock her feet behind your neck. Wrap your arms around her belly and then simply lower your face between her legs.

Women enjoy this position because of the stimulation caused by the combination of oral sex and the "head rush" they get when positioned upside down.

The Doggy Greet: This move involves a combination of doggy style intercourse and oral sex. It requires a lot of control and willpower because you need to stop doing what feels best (penetrating her) so that you can concentrate on her pleasure.Doggy Greet - Credit: Player's Guide

How do you do it? While having intercourse in the doggy position, pull out of her when you feel she is close to reaching orgasm. Then lower your head towards her flower and use your mouth and tongue with finesse as described above, until she reaches orgasm. Then just as she thinks the fun is over, enter her again with your manhood and I guarantee you she'll definitely have multiple orgasms, and be very grateful for your unselfishness and creativity.

Why do women appreciate this move? Many women's favorite position is doggy style. It feels good but it becomes more or less predictable. The Doggy Greet is totally unexpected. Most women assume that a man cannot control himself and once penetration begins, a man won't stop until he is satisfied. By pulling out and giving her oral sex, you'll give her two different kinds of stimulation and show your appreciation for her sexual needs.

from her thighs to her mind
Women like it when their men make sex exciting, adventurous and spontaneous, and this includes oral sex. If you do it right, she will never let you go! You can have a small penis and still be sexually brilliant! It doesn't matter how gorgeous your face is, how big you are or how built you are.

For women, any man who knows how to give great oral sex is worth his weight in gold. Give her the best possible oral sex and you will stay in her mind forever.
