In order to lead a healthy, happy life, focus on positive things. Make a list of at least three details of your life that give you happiness. Go ahead, take five minutes right now to think about what gives you happiness. Here are some ideas: People you love like your spouse or partner, family, friends. What about your pets, plants, nature? What about when people show they love you, with smiles, kisses, hugs, gifts, etc. Does faith in God give you happiness? Are you happy when you hear someone laugh? How about a beautiful day? Or when you see children playing and having a good time?
