The Reason WHY China has such a large population

Ever wonder why China has such a large population ?

The Safe Sex contraption - THE CONDOMS ; this industry thrives TOP in sales in China. But , it does not help the Chinese government to reduce the birth rates at all. The minister in charge of population policies , hauled up the President of DUREX and gave him an ultimatum to provide the answer to why condom sales have not produce any effective control on China's population ............

A survey by Durex was carried out ........ The agents visited the "sweat shops" , massage parlours , paradise outlets etc etc. The sales were good ...... the usage - no evidence ......
It was puzzling and a predicament ...... how come sales were good but no evidence of any disposal ....... It took a tortuous investigation by the team ....... finally after 6 months , the answer was found ........ and you can't believe your eyes till you see the evidence .......

Now , take a good look on how the Chinese make use of the CONDOMS ......

The answer :
The Chinese men never believed in the use of CONDOMS ......... but becos of health regulations , theuse of condoms is MANDATORY to prevent the spread of HIV & AIDS ...........
So the operators of sex shops , buy up the condoms and as part of the promotion , in line with the healthpolicy , they get the "human relation officers" to adorn clothes fashioned with CONDOMS ......But once thedress is taken off , the predators go for their kill .... ignoring the national health rule ......

Because this is what they do with their condoms – so birth control never take place !!!
