1. The looser
Always not satisfied with, always complaining, always demanding.
Not searching for solutions to improve his condition, not looking for better ideas to succeed, just feeling sorry for himself.
He is a failure, never going to succeed, a looser.
2. The suvivor
Willing to improve but to a limited extend, short term, modest goal / targets. Satisfied easily and depends to the boss - "as long as my boss happy".
3. The winner
Ambitious, always thinking big, big ideas, creating opportunities, alternative plans, not affraid of failures but fighting to bounce back and reach success.
Failure is not in his vocabulary, but winning is his aim.
