STAMINA EXERCISES
* Walking: Excellent cardiovascular benefits for the advanced age groups. Should be done briskly with swinging of the arms. Comfortable shoes must be worn. May be done morning or evening for 30-60 minutes.
* Jogging: Suitable for younger age group below 50 years. 30 minutes is all that is required and may be done continuously, or jog and walk in between when fatigued. The pace of jogging is equal to that of a brisk walk run on soft or grassy surface. Wear comfortable clothes and breathe freely.
* Swimming: For those who know how to swim, 20 minutes of continuous swimming is sufficient. Alternately swim the length of a pool 10-20 meters, rest at the end for 30 seconds, swim back. 10 such lengths are good. Use any stroke you know. They are all of almost equal cardiovascular and muscular benefit.
* Cycling: For any age group. Minimum time 45-60 minutes of continuous controlled fast cycling. Cycling up slopes gives added benefit. Ordinary cycles are good enough and indoor stationary exercycles may also be used at low resistance for 45 minutes.
* Games: For the fitter younger age group. Get fit first before playing games such as squash, badminton, tennis, handball, basketball, football etc. Warm up before the games. 30-45 minutes of the game is sufficient. Weekend or once a week games must be avoided unless other fitness programmes are done on other days. Play within your capacity.
STRENGTH EXERCISES
Improve muscular strength with 10-20 repetitions of each of these movements.
YOGA
1. Yoga should preferably be done under expert supervision 2-3 times per week.
2. In case you know Yoga, we suggest that the following ‘asanas’ be included in your programme.
3. Each Yogasana is repeated 2-3 times except serial Nos. 1, 14 & 15.
4. Persons with back problems should avoid serial Nos. 2, 4, 10 & 12.

GYM EXERCISES / WEIGHT TRAINING
Weight training is basically for strengthening and building up the muscles. An all-round programme must have some stretching and cardio-vascular exercises as well. In addition, weight training loads the bones thereby strengthening and protecting against osteoporosis. The points to keep in mind in weight training are as follows:
1. The ideal weight training schedule is on alternate days i.e. 3 days a week with a complete rest on weekends.
2. The systems of training different muscle groups on different days may be good for competitive sportsmen. The best system for non-competitive sportsmen is to exercise the entire body in each session. The major muscle groups are: Upper body - Shoulders, Arms, Chest and Lower body - Back, Abdomen, Legs.
3. Suppleness and stamina can also be built up through weight training by following a body builder-type schedule. Weights are also used to stretch muscles, build muscular endurance and cardiovascular stamina by repeating each exercise by using lighter weights with more repetitions.
4. If repetition is too easy, the weight used is too little. And in case it is not possible to complete the repetitions, it means the weight carried is too heavy.
5. A repetition is one complete exercise movement from the starting point to finish and then back again to the starting point. A set is a group of repetitions of the same exercise. Therefore, for the upper body 8 repetitions is one set. For the lower body, 15 repetitions forms one set.
6. We prescribe three sets of exercises for each muscle group. However, several systems of weight training prescribe different repetitions as well as different sets.

Generally speaking, our daily food intake must comprise a balanced diet of 1500-2000k calories with fiber (above 75 gm) and low fat (below 30 gm). Consult your nutritionist for specific advice.

EAR, NOSE, THROAT, TEETH, EYE CARE
I. Ears
* Have periodic examination of your ears, especially if you notice your hearing decreasing.
* Do not put drops, oil, etc. in your ears without doctor’s advice.
* Do not clean the ears with pins, keys, pens, etc.
* Do not remove foreign objects from the ear without a doctor’s assistance.
* Do not unnecessarily- clean ears after bath with ear buds, etc.
* Loud noises are harmful for the ears.
* Do not slap children / others on the ears.
* Do not allow dirty water to enter into the ears.
* In all cases of ear ache, ringing in the ears, discharge from the ears, giddiness, vertigo, nausea, vomiting etc.- immediately consult your doctor.
II. Nose
* Do not squeeze a boil or pimple around the area of the nose.
* Do not try and remove a foreign object from the nasal passage without a doctor’s assistance.
* Do not unnecessarily pick the nose or blow the nose vigorously.
* Avoid unnecessary misuse of nasal drops inhalers, etc. without a doctor’s approval.
* Consult your doctor immediately in case of injury and breathing difficulty.
III. Throat
* Avoid the use of irritants to the throat such as smoking, chewing tobacco / paan, etc.
* Avoid putting coins, marbles, pins, etc. in the mouth.
* Do not shout, scream etc. this causes hoarseness. In cases of hoarseness - rest the throat without misuse till hoarseness passes. If hoarseness persists for more than 7 days, consult your doctor.
* Avoid eating excessively cold/hot spicy foods.
* Avoid talking when food/water is in the mouth.
* Eat food calmly- avoid hurry.
* In case of glandular swelling in the neck, consult your doctor.
IV. Teeth
* Brush your teeth once / twice a day prior to sleeping using a medium tooth brush.
* Massage your gums once a day with your finger for one minute.
* Avoid using abrasive tooth powders, salt, tobacco, etc. for cleaning the teeth.
* Avoid use of any other person’s tooth brush.
* Change your tooth brush at least once every 90 days.
* Use dental floss for removing food particles; avoid the use of pins, etc.
* Do not smoke, use tobacco, chew gum, eat chocolate, candy etc.

Please let me share my happy experience with you. I wrote about it in February 2010 but now with added knowledge I write with many other peoples' experience.
My experience
I developed secondary bladder cancer after seven years following cancer in the urethra. My kidney, urethra and part of the bladder was removed. I had radiation to the abdomen there after. It was transitional cell carcinoma of the urethra. I was hale and hearty for seven years and during this period I had yearly examinations of the bladder by the fantastic surgeon who did the surgery at General Hospital Colombo.
In the seventh year I experienced blood in the urine as I had developed a growth in the bladder. It was once again transitional cell carcinoma (Cancer). The new growth was removed but what if it recurred? While I was convalescing I came to know of a treatment by eating Apricot seed kernel that was being used in Australia and USA without any chemotherapy. The information on this is found in the web site
In a nutshell, how it acts on the cancer is thus. The apricot seed kernel has a substance called Vitamin B17, which was discovered by a British doctor who worked in a remote region in Afghanistan as a missionary. He found the people of the area measured their riches according to the number of Apricot trees they owned. They ate not only the apricots but also the apricot seed kernels. The apricot seed kernel looks like an almond in shape, size and smell. This is also known as the "bitter almond." The doctor discovered that people of the region did not suffer from cancer. After investigating the doctor found that the seed kernel contained a substance, which has been given the name Vitamin B17.
As I was having cancer I was curious about any food, which had B17 in our regular food. I found by browsing on the internet that manioc also had a large concentration of Vitamin B17. So I also ate the manioc minimum of 10 grams three times a day. Having consumed it for 1 month I underwent examination of my bladder (cystoscopy) at the General Hospital by the same surgeon. He was surprised that my bladder was absolutely clean and normal. "There was no place to take any biopsy" was his very words to me.
While I was taking the manioc I was feeling very fit and well and people around me notice that I looked well.
Armed with the examination results of the bladder examination I published my story for well-being of all cancer patients in Sri Lanka .
Since then every three months I have gone for examination of the bladder under the same surgeon and every time my bladder was clear. Until now I have not taken any treatment other than eating the manioc.
In a more simplistic way I would like to explain how the Vitamin B17 in the manioc acts. The scientific name of vitamin B17 is Amygdaline. We know that cancer cells are immature cells and it has a different enzyme to the normal cell enzyme.
When the Vitamin B17 combines with a normal cell enzyme it breaks down into 3 sugars but when it combines with the cancer cell enzyme it breaks into 1 sugar 1 benzaldehyde and 1 hydrocyanic acid. The hydrocyanic acid kills the cancer cell locally.
What happens is that there is a substance called B17 in the apricot seed kernel (and in manioc), which when combined with a normal cell enzyme breaks down into three sugars.
When B17 combines with a cancer cell (an immature cell) it breaks down into one sugar, one benzaldehyde and one hydrocyanic acid. The hydrocyanic acid kills the cancer cell.
Others' experiences
I have been receiving frequent information from people with cancer who have read my first article about their experiences with the usage of manioc. I would like to share this information with you readers.
Mr. Pereira is an 70-year-old gent who was diagnosed with prostate cancer. His wife is a retired Matron of the General Hospital . Mrs Pereira read my article and had decided to try the manioc treatment because of the following reasons. The oncologist he was consulting had prescribed a tablet costing Rs. 2000/ daily and an injection that cost him Rs. 11000, which he had to have weekly.
As retired pensioners this was too much to afford. Also Mr. Pereira who took the tablets and the injections for a few days refused to take it as it was making him very sick. Hearing of his illness his daughter came from USA to look after him and the daughter and his wife decided to feed him manioc instead of the tablets and injections that were prescribed. When he went on the manioc diet in a week he showed signs of wellness and after eating every morning a large breakfast of manioc for a month they took a test that he was to take after taking the tablets and injections and went to see the oncologist. He took with him the results of the PSA blood test.
Ever since he was diagnosed with the cancer the PSA test results were 280-290 but after 1 month of eating manioc it was now down to PSA 5.89! Then they came to see me too and showed me the PSA results of before and after. This gentleman (Mr. Pereira) is not showing any cancer symptoms and they call me regularly to say that he is now hale and hearty.
Another gentleman who had a liver cancer had surgery in Sri Lanka but a little spot of cancer was left behind according to the subsequent MRI scan.
He then was told to go and have a detailed MRI scan done in India at a very high cost.
He started to take manioc soon after liver cancer surgery. When he did go for the detailed MRI scan in India his Oncologist in India , after examination, informed him that he did not need to undergo any surgery or treatment because the spot had not enlarged for a whole year.
He was asked to continue as before. He came and met me and he looks a picture of health now.
I am very interested and encouraged by the feedback I am getting all the time from people who call me to tell their story. Especially as the exorbitant prices of the anti cancer drugs don't also offer a cure. My cousin who grew up next door had cancer before I knew about the manioc. She spent Rs. 40-50,000 for each injection, suffered phenomenally and died a miserable death. (Those of you who watch HBO on the Dialog TV may have seen a film titled "Death Be Not Proud" which depicts the sufferings of a cancer patient undergoing chemotherapy. That patient died). So I thought I must promote these experiences, give them publicity.
No fancy drug companies have done super duper tests on Vitamin B17 on manioc, why not try it? It is cheap, easy to obtain, easy to cook and very tasty and you will be well and not have side effects. So for what more can you ask? As we all know manioc can kill if the preparation is not done correctly.
Please take the following precautions in preparation.
A. When choosing a yam to be cooked make sure the yam does not have any blemishes or discoloured areas. And try to buy freshly harvested manioc
B. When boiling, keep the pot open throughout the cooking. This helps the excess hydrocyanic acid to evaporate
C. Keep excess water for the boil and pour it out after boiling the yam
D. Do not consume ginger or food containing ginger such as ginger biscuits, ginger beer, and ginger ale for at least 8 hours after consuming manioc.

A few days ago I was having some work done at my local garage. A blonde came in and asked for a seven-hundred-ten.

The worst that can happen is to buy a huge watermelon, cut it open to find it pink in colour and taste less than sweet.

Believe it or not...that's sugar. These sugar bits are juice that has made its way out of the watermelon.
It tells you the watermelon is sweet and juicy. These sugar bits can also be found on the ends of the watermelon. The more sugar bits the better! I have never picked a watermelon with these sugar bits and EVER been disappointed.

An Israeli team has made medical history with its ability to transform skin stem cells from heart-disease patients into healthy heart tissue.

The Israeli team transformed stem cells into cardiomyocytes.
Be still your beating hearts: Making medical history, scientists from Israel have been able to transform human stem cells from older diseased patients into brand-new, healthy, beating heart tissue.
This could mean that heart disease might someday be repaired by using cells from a person's own body, eliminating the need for risky surgical implants and transplants.
Using stem-cell technology, Technion-Israel Institute of Technolog researchers from Haifa showed that their lab-produced cardiac muscle cells are also capable of merging into existing heart muscles.
The news is causing a media sensation around the globe.
"The good thing about it is that the research has increased public awareness to science that Israel isn't only portrayed with hostility, but that it's a country bringing good news for the world," Prof. Lior Gepstein, head researcher in the advance, tells ISRAEL21c.
A decade from clinical trials
It will take five to 10 years before this basic science can get to the point of clinical trials, Gepstein emphasizes. People with advanced heart disease today might never benefit from the research, published in the current issue of the European Heart Journal. The advance is more likely to be applicable to people who are now 30 years old and younger.
Still, the breakthrough is monumental.
"What is new and exciting about our research is that we have shown that
it's possible to take skin cells from an elderly patient with advanced heart failure and end up with his own beating cells in a laboratory dish that are healthy and young - the equivalent to the stage of his heart cells when he was just born," says Gepstein.
Skin cells from patients aged 51 and 61 were transformed into healthy heart muscle cells by adding to the cell nucleus three genes and valpoic acid, a small molecule. Gepstein's team avoided a transcription factor typically used in creating stem cells because it's thought to cause cells to develop out of control and become tumors.
The new heart muscle cells, cardiomyocytes, grew in a lab dish with existing heart tissues, and within 24 to 48 hours both kinds of tissue were beating together as one.
"The tissue was behaving like a tiny microscopic cardiac tissue composed of approximately 1,000 cells in each beating area."
This culture was then implanted into the hearts of healthy rats, where it connected well to the existing cardiac muscle.
An empire of stem-cell research
Over the last decade, Israel has created what Gepstein calls an "empire" in stem-cell research, with nodes of highly focused research taking place at the country's best research institutes. He focuses on the heart, but there are labs concentrating on diabetes, Parkinson's disease or on repairing nerve damage.
Israeli scientists today use pluripotent stem cells, which come fromskin or blood samples. Cultivating stem cells this way circumvents ethical considerations of embryonic stem-cell research, and also guarantees that patients wouldn't need to take anti-rejection drugs for the rest of their lives, since the progenitor cells originate from the patients' own bodies.
The early pioneering work, such as that of Benjamin Rubinoff at Hadassah University Medical Center in Jerusalem, was done with embryonic stem cells.Of the world's first 10 scientific papers dealing with human embryonic stem cells, nearly all were authored in Israel.
Gepstein explains that Israel never faced the ethical challenges in embryonic stem-cell research that plague most US states. That's because in Jewish law, an embryo is not considered human until 40 days after conception. Using younger embryos therefore doesn't raise ethical problems, and Israel was free to move ahead in the field. Today, Israelis excel at maintaining pluripotent stem-cell cultures, growing them and coaxing them into new cell types, Gepstein says.
When you BELIEVE....
I hand copied the notes from Lindsey William’s new CD “Four Sign Post’s”[on the Collapsing World Economy] as quickly as I could write it down. Here is what Lindsey said.
The USA debt is currently $15.1 trillion. The combined debt for ALL of the Euro Zone is $12.7 trillion. Our debt is unsustainable. There is a 100% chance of financial collapse. SIGN ONE: DERIVATIVES
Tom Fowler was a broker on Wall Street 35 years ago when the elite introduced derivatives. He was told at that time they were going to use derivatives to bring worldwide economic collapse. They were going to use this phony “paper” in world financial markets to cause worldwide economic collapse. There are currently over ONE QUADRILLION DOLLARS IN DERIVATIVES ALTOGETHER WORLDWIDE.
#1. Right now the tax payers in the USA are exposed to $292 TRILLIONin worthless derivatives (which they will be expected to pay for) when the stock market and banks collapse.
Currently the whole USA gross national product is only $15 trillion annually. The purpose of creating derivatives was to be able to collapse the US dollar when the elite want to collapse it. The first part of their master plan was to begin to crack the derivative market. How will you know that this is happening? [i.e. - the derivative market is cracking and collapsing?] By currency wars.
SIGN TWO: CURRENCY WARS
The currency wars have already started. As this happens the value of the US dollar as the worlds' reserve currency will drop to zero. Here is what has happened in the past 2 or 3 months. Before this it was “talk” and threats, but now it is happening. THESE ARESIGNS OF CURRENCY WARS.
#1. April 14, 2012 ~ China, for the first time, will allow its currency to float. The exchange rate [my words] will be from 0.5% to 1.0% to the dollar. A 1.0% change would cause a 100% change in value of China’s currency against the US dollar. This would cause any goods imported from China to DOUBLE IN PRICE OVERNIGHT.
#2. April 11, 2012 ~ Brazil’s president visited the USA and had a very stern talk with President Obama. She attacked the USA for potentially causing a worldwide “economic tsunami”. By what means? By the Federal Reserve’s “Quantitative Easing”. [QE]… What is that? It is The Federal Reserve printing money out of thin air with absolutely nothing what-so-ever to back it up….that is, just printing worthless words on paper (“dollar bills”) with green ink.
The first QE [QE1] happened under George W. Bush. The second QE [QE2] happened under Obama. The worthless money printed was over $1 trillion. Now the Fed is considering QE3. This is what Brazil was the most concerned about.
The Brazilian president said, “If you have a QE3, we will have a trade war with you- a dirty currency war.” THERE WILL BE RETALIATION FROM BRAZIL, CHINA AND MANY OTHER COUNTRIES.
Lindsey’s comment: If we do QE3 this will happen. Foreign nations will have a currency war with the USA to destroy the dollar because a QE3 will destroy their economies.
SIGN THREE: TRADE WARS
This is the third sign. The TRADE WARS have begun in earnest in the past 90 days.
#1. Feb. 1, 2012 ~ China and Japan made the largest trade agreement in history. They are going to trade their products among themselves using their currencies. They will NOT use US dollars. This has never happened before.
#2. April 2012 ~ Iran is the #4 oil producer in the world. Every barrel of oil has been traded in US dollars since the inception of the world oil trade. As a result of the economic blockade against Iran, India has now agreed to buy a million barrels of oil from Iran every day AND PAY WITH GOLD BULLION. This is a trade war.
#3. Saudi Arabia has been the #1 oil exporter to the USA. Saudi Arabia has just made a deal with China to build, (within China’s borders), “the biggest oil refinery in the world”. They will ship the crude oil to China for processing. They will use only their two currencies. This is a trade war.
#4. BRICS ~ Brazil + Russia + India + China + South Africa
These 5 countries have 43% of the world’s population. They have 18% of the world’s GDP. They control 50% (?) of the world’s capital. These 5 countries are going to form their own bank. They will not use US dollars.
#5. SWIFT ~ An anachronism …as best as I can: “Society of worldwide interbank tele-communications”
SWIFT is the banking system used worldwide to wire transfers of money. In 10 days (already passed) India, China and many other countries will no longer use SWIFT to transfer money. They will also use their own currencies, not the USA dollar. (See #4 above.)
#6. April 27, 2012 ~ China has started using gold to buy oil from Iran. This has never happened before.
ALL OF THESE HAVE HAPPENED IN THE PAST 90 DAYS.
They are signs of imminent collapse.
YOU MUST KNOW THE SIGNS SO YOU CAN GET OUT OF PAPER.QE1 happened the last year of George Bush's administration. QE2 happened under Obama. Billionsof dollars [which tax payers are responsible for] have been given to banks both in the USA and in the Euro Zone.
Why haven’t things collapsed yet? Why aren’t the elite ready?
#1. Who is buying Greek bonds, (which they know can never be repaid)? The elite are buying them, so that when the world economy collapsed, (starting with Greece) you MUST accept the New World Order AND the New World Order currency.
#2. Through planning going back many years, the elite [through the Federal Reserve] is creating such massive debt for the USA that Americans WILL be forced to do two things: ***#1. Give up the US Constitution ***#2. Accept the New World Order.
#3. It was President Richard Nixon who took the USA off the gold standard. In 1966 it took one USA paper dollar to buy a $1 USA one oz. silver coin. Now it takes $30-40 paper dollars to buy one USA one oz. silver dollar. The Federal Reserve note is practically worthless. It will soon get to the point where it will take a wheelbarrow of paper dollars to buy one loaf of bread. The elite say “Nobody needs your dollars [anymore]”
#4. The elite have planned and set things up very carefully so that the USA will have no choice but to*** join the New World Order, ***get a new currency and ***obliterate the Constitution. They can allow this to happen at any time. It could be in a few months – or any time.
BACK TO TRADE WARS
So the world no longer needs the US dollar. This is going to show up big time in 6-9 months in USA grocery stores, hardware stores…etc…
Foreign countries will start cashing in their US dollars. In fact they have already started. These foreigners and foreign governments want tangibles– not dollars. They are already buying gold mines, houses, farm land---whatever they can get their hands on.
SIGN FOUR: INTEREST RATES RISE
The trade wars bring on SIGN #4. This is the last sign and the VISUAL straw that “breaks the camel’s back”. Interest rates in Japan and the USA are currently virtually at zero. IT IS ALMOST TOO LATE NOW. We are right on the verge of collapse. A single 1% point rise in Federal Reserve interests will raise the national debt by $140 billion.
Also, when the Federal Reserve starts purchasing their [the USA’s] own debt you know it’s over. In 2011, 61% of all T-Bills issued by the Federal Reserve [USA debt] WERE PURCHASED RIGHT BACK BY THE FEDERAL RESERVE ITSELF. That is, they bought their/our own debt. That means IT’S OVER…and according to Lindsey Williams, "It’s not even the debt that’s important, it’s the interest!..."
The elite are just waiting, checking their timing, adjusting for the QE3 announcement and for Federal Interest rates to start rising. [They are behind all of these].
SO WHAT’S A PERSON SHOULD DO?
The whole purpose of creating derivatives and the bank conundrum etc., internationally was to create such massive debt worldwide that every nation, city, state, county, etc. will HAVE to bow to the New World Order. The one concern they have is that there are only “a few elite” but millions of people who are starting to “wake up”.
Here is what Lindsey said to do:
#1. You should have secured your assets before QE3 or an announcement of an interest rate rise. Then things will unravel very very fast.
#2. All “paper” will be worthless. Get out of ALL paper. This included 401K’s plans and IRAs. By the way, there is currently a bill in Congress to TAX 401K’s and IRAs at 18%.
#3. If you wait till interest rates rise, it may be too late and you will lose everything.
#4. GET INTO TANGIBLES. Try, try try to get a “paid for roof”…) even if it means you buy a used travel trailer.)
#5. Pay all debts – including credit card debt. GET OUT OF PAPER.
#6. The currency of the elite is gold and silver. On April 26, 2012 Neil Curry [sp] an official with the Bank of America, said he expected gold to reach $7000 an ounce.
#7. Reminder - get out of all paper into tangibles. The dollar is still fairly strong, but NOT for much longer.
#8. WHEN THE FEDERAL RESERVE ANNOUNCES AN INCREASE IN THE INTEREST RATE, YOU COULD LOOSE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE LEFT IN PAPER ALMOST IMMEDIATELY.
