Advertising can be creative and even purposely funny. But the following ads really stand out as being strange, original or just plain bizarre.
This new campaign from Playboy in Argentina featured a Beach Towel in the form of the magazine itself.

Paparazzi Magazine in Argentina ordered these sun protectors from Publicis Graffiti to promote nightclubs of Buenos Aires. The sun protectors where placed in all the cars at the clubs parking, so that paparazzi couldn't take pictures of what's going inside. Girls on the pictures are famous in Argentina.

From a distance you will see a police car, hiding behind a billboard, what police in Turkey typically does. What do you do? You slow down and slowly drive to the billboard text - "Pay your traffic tickets on time without waiting in line - isbank.com.tr"
This advertisment is for Dental implant insurance and shows bowling pins as teeth.
The website "Nothing to do with Arbroath" shares a unique way of promoting a chocolate makers wares, a real edible billboard made with 860 pounds of chocolate. The Easter creation, a world first, was made of 10 chocolate bunnies, 72 giant chocolate eggs and 128 chocolate panels, each weighing 2kg. The billboard took three months to plan and 300 hours for the team of 10 to build and was expected to last a week but alas was devoured by Londoners in less than three hours.
7-Eleven has gone all Simpsons for a month long in-store and online promotion tied to "The Simpsons Movie," which opens in theaters on July 27. The campaign launched on July 1 as 7-Eleven turned 12 of its' stores around the US and Canada into Kwik-E-Marts, the convenience store chain of the cartoon family's fictional Springfield, USA hometown.
